Now in its sixth year, Part of the Solution’s (POTS) bi-annual Breakfast Forum series has become an important vehicle for discussing issues that most impact our clients and our community. The Bronx is comprised of individuals and families of varying cultures and circumstances including a multitude of immigrants. With the topic of immigration so prominent in the news, this season we will explore how national discourse influences the daily lives of immigrants in our own community. How are our neighbors digesting the headlines and in which ways does this impact their choices, actions and perception of available resources?
POTS’ experts along with fellow non-profit leaders and leading foundations will gather to present and discuss our research. Together we aim to build greater transparency on the local immigrant experience.
