In line with our mission to be a loving community in The Bronx, in 2023 POTS created a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) to establish a formal channel for institutional communication between the community we serve and our leaders. 

The CAC provides an opportunity for POTS leadership to consider the voices of the community in the decision-making process regarding current and future service offerings; it is a source of feedback for quality assurance; and, it allows for further opportunities to elevate the voices of the community we serve.
